Today was another very early
start here in London. We got up, bought some pastries, and walked over to Buckingham Palace. Yesterday was the Queen's birthday, so there was a special parade and changing of the guard. I was far away, but I actually got to see the Queen! I have a picture, but she is still just a blurry image...but still, it is a big deal!! Next, we went over to Portobello Road Market for some shopping. Annie and I found some good deals and we all bought s
ome fresh fruit. We also shared a coconut from some crazy Jamaicans. Coconuts are a lot more bland than I thought they would be, but still good! At that point, we were tired, so we headed back to Suzanne's for some R&R and some laundry. Later, we enjoyed some great Indian curry at a local restaurant here in Fulham. Naan bread is my weakness for sure! Now, w
e're packing up and getting ready to go to the hostel on Monday. Tomorrow is Hyde Park! I hope the weather is nice tomorrow. I still can't believe it hasn't rained yet!! Weird!
