We were awoken this morning by the loudest snoring I have ever heard! This guy puts Dad to shame. We got up and out, not really knowing what we were going to do. We headed in one direction and ended up hiking up to a castle that overlooked the whole city of Ljubljana. It was really quite a nice view. After that, we followed the receptionist's advice and walked over to Tivoli Park. We went and ate some phenominal ice cream next to a nice duck pond. Also, nearby there was an outdoor library which we thought was pretty cool. We found a pretty fountain and an outdoor exhibit about space. It was quite interesting because they had it in English as well! Apparently, 2009 is an official year for Astronomy or something...who knew! We then went to an outdoor market and bought some honey and...honey liquor! Then, we decided to buy some fruit. Logan went up to an old couple and paid one euro. The man then put about 15 more peaches into a bag and gave it to him! All while speaking Slovenian, of course. Logan had adopted the old couple as his Slovenian grandparents! We then came back to discover that Michael Jackson and Farah Faucett died! Shocker! We then went out, had some pizza, and ran to a pharmacy for some cold meds (for me...lame!). We got some groceries and made dinner while talking to a guy from New Jersey who has been working in Prague for the past few years! He gave us some recommendations and ideas for when we are there. We're gonna call it an early night for our train to Austria tomorrow!!
